for everyone
We had a reunion at home today and my Lolo, who will be turning 90 this February shared some things that he practices.

1.  Smile 15 times a day.   Yup, that's what he said.  And you should laugh about 5 times.          Laugh out loud.  Meaning laughing till your stomach hurts.

2.  Forget the Past.  The past is the past.  We should concentrate on the now and look
forward to the future.  That's it.  No grudges, no regrets.

3.  Continue Learning.  He confesses that he only learned  how to use the computer in 1994.      He was already in his 70s at that time.  He says to study things that you don't know.
What you already know will take care of itself.  Makes sense.  Why study what you
     already know?

I guess it also helps that he prays a lot since he is a pastor and he walks a lot, he's used to a lot of  walking since he was a soldier during WWII.
